Q5: How can we assemble the machines after we got them?
1) If required, we will dispatch the technician to your country for installing, commissioning, adjusting the machine, and training the workers at your plant. You pay the travel fee.
2) During the period of COVID-19, we cannot provide the service overseas. So we will send you a complete video of how to install and adjust the machine. We can also have a video meeting to assist you until you can use the machines very well.
